All products are described as accurately as possible. However, as our pedals are handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

Prices

All prices are expressed in Euro (€). Great Felix Effects operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime (“regime forfettario”); therefore, VAT may not be applied in accordance with applicable law. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Order confirmation

An order is considered confirmed and will be processed only after full payment has been received. Great Felix Effects reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including product availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

Custom orders

Custom-made products are created based on the customer’s specifications. Due to their personalized nature, custom orders may require longer production times and may not be eligible for return or refund, unless defective.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible, as production or order processing may have already begun.

Pricing Errors

Great Felix Effects reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of an evident pricing error (for example, a significantly incorrect price due to a technical issue).

In such cases, the customer will be contacted and offered the option to:

proceed with the order at the correct price, or
cancel the order and receive a full refund

Overpayments

If a payment exceeding the required amount is made, the difference will be refunded promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great Felix Effects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.
