Are your pedals handmade?

Yes. Every Great Felix Effects pedal is assembled by hand in small batches. Because of the handmade process, slight variations in finish, graphics, or details may occur, making each pedal unique.

Where are your pedals made?

All our pedals are designed and hand-assembled in Italy.

What is the difference between available products and pre-orders?

Available products are ready to ship. Pre-order products are not currently in stock and will be built or completed after purchase. By placing a pre-order, you will be added to the waiting list.

How long does a pre-order take?

Pre-order times may vary depending on production and component availability. As a general estimate, pre-orders can take around 4 weeks before shipping.

Do you make custom pedals?

Yes. Through our Custom Jobs service, you can request a customized version of one of our existing pedals or a fully custom pedal developed from scratch.

Can I customize the artwork of my pedal?

Yes. You can provide your own artwork, logo, image, or visual references, or you can ask our team to design the artwork for you from scratch.

How do I send references for a custom design?

After submitting the Custom Jobs form, you can send your references, images, ideas, or inspiration materials to greatfelix.effects@gmail.com.

How long does a custom job take?

Custom jobs usually require more time than standard orders. Depending on the complexity of the request, production can take approximately 1 to 2 months.

Do your pedals come with a warranty?

Yes. Our pedals are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects.

What power supply should I use?

Always check the specifications on the product page before powering your pedal. Most Great Felix Effects pedals use a standard 9V DC power supply, but some models may support different requirements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship both in Italy and internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

Can I return a pedal?

Returns are handled according to our Returns and Warranty policy. Custom-made or personalized products may have different return conditions because they are created specifically for the customer.
