Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier and tracking information has been provided, Great Felix Effects is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. In case of loss, as a courtesy, we offer the option to repurchase the pedal at a fixed price of €100 for drive/saturation pedals and €150 for modulation pedals.
