If you are a consumer and you purchase a standard, ready-to-ship product through our website, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear written statement by email at: greatfelix.effects@gmail.com

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, including but not limited to:

  • custom pedals;

  • pedals with personalized artwork, graphics, colors, finishes, or design choices;

  • pedals built or configured according to specific customer requests;

  • fully custom electronic projects developed from scratch.

For these products, all sales are final once production has started or once the order has been confirmed for production, as they are made specifically for the customer.

Pre-order products may be subject to different conditions depending on the nature of the product. If the pre-order product is a standard item, the ordinary right of withdrawal applies. If the pre-order product is customized, made on request, or configured according to customer specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Order cancellation

For ready-to-ship products, cancellation may be possible only if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.

For pre-order, custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started, once specific components or materials have been ordered, or once work on the project has begun.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • have been purchased within the last 14 days;

  • be returned in its original packaging;

  • be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received;

  • include all accessories, documentation, and original packaging materials.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part. Returned goods should be sent to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Great Felix Effects cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment.

Returns and refound

All Great Felix Effects pedals come with a 2-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If your pedal stops working under normal, intended use within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

Repairs Due to Improper Use

The warranty is void if the pedal has been subjected to improper use, such as applying the wrong power supply (e.g., higher voltage than specified, wrong polarity), physical damage, or unauthorized modifications. In such cases, we offer a paid repair service to restore your pedal to working condition.

Electronics Replacement Service

If the electronics are entirely damaged due to customer error (e.g., frying the circuit with incorrect power), we offer a complete replacement service for the internal electronics at a cost of €35 for saturations and €50 for modulations. This ensures you keep your original enclosure while getting fresh, working internals.

Requesting Assistance

To request a warranty repair or paid service, please email us at greatfelix.effects@gmail.com with:

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • A short video or photo demonstrating the problem (if applicable).

  • Your original order number or proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping the pedal to our workshop. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect under warranty, Great Felix Effects will cover the cost of return shipping back to the customer. For paid repairs, the customer is responsible for both inbound and return shipping costs.

Repair Time

Once we receive your pedal, we aim to complete repairs within 1-3 weeks. However, this estimated time may vary depending on our current workload and the availability of specific replacement parts.

Important Notice

Custom jobs and limited edition enclosures are unique. While we can replace or repair the electronics, significant cosmetic damage cannot always be fixed or replaced with an identical match. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit, so we highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when sending items to us.
